Chicago (our warehouse).

Terms:                                                                                                                                                                                                             Net 10 days. Past due accounts must be paid before we can ship additional orders.

New Customers:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 To establish credit (open account) send three business references, including one bank reference, prior to establishing credit terms. First order must be paid by cash or cashiers check.

Service Charges

Returned checks:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             A service charge of $15.00 will be collected for any NSF check. If more than one check is returned, account may be placed on a cash-only basis.

Established Customers:                                                                                                                                                                                     Are required to remain within a determined credit limit. Credit terms are subject to customers performance and subject to change.

Customer Pick-Up:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Orders may be picked up at our warehouse between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday :thru Friday.
Orders will be held for 5 days after scheduled pick up before being returned to stock.

Shipping:                                                                                                                                                                                                Superior Nut Deliveries: (Chicago Area) $25.00 charge. United Parcel:  U.P.S. charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.
A fee of $5.50 will be added per package for C.O.D. orders.
Common carriers:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 We will make shipping arrangements with the carrier, unless otherwise instructed.  All shipments are made freight collect F.O.B. Chicago

Shipping Claims:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               All freight claims must be filed directly with the trucking company. We will assist you if necessary on your claims.  Upon receipt of goods, count your pieces and note discrepancies on Bill of Lading in order to verify your claim.

Quality:

Quality claims must be filed within 10 days upon receipt of goods, and must be accompanied by an invoice number. Returns cannot be accepted without prior notification and approval from Superior Nut & Candy Co., Inc.

Re-Pack:                                                                                                                                                                                                         10 LB cartons available on many items at an additional cost of $0.20 cents a LB.

Kosher:                                                                                                                                                                                                    Kosher certification by the Chicago Rabbinical Council on many of our products.  We will be happy to furnish a letter upon request.

A.I.B.Certified by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) with Excellent Rating.
